Wholefood + Screen Reset
Hey everyone, Nicola here. I don't know about everyone else but my kids are ready for a food and screen reset ASAP! The constant sugar, no routine, and extra screen time has definitely impacted behaviour. I’m not stressed about it (it’s completely normal), but I’m looking forward to a reset before kindy and school kick off again.
Update: We’re starting the Wholefood + Screen Reset on Monday 5 January. In the lead up I’ll share how I’m preparing, what I’m serving, what they actually eat, and how we’re navigating reduced screen time at home.
What we’re doing for 7 days
• Significantly reducing processed foods
• Reduce/No screen time (we’ll share our approach)
• Stay accountable in the private Facebook Group.
