Yes — 100%. According to FSANZ, collagen is a safe whole-food protein derived from cows.
Ours is hydrolysed for easy absorption and sourced from grass-fed, pasture-raised cattle.
Immune Protein also contains L-Tryptophan to provide a complete essential amino acid profile.
See our protein range: Kids Immune Protein.
Collagen helps support healthy blood sugar, satiety, gut health, joints and bone development.
Glycine and the added L-Tryptophan are involved in serotonin and melatonin production (mood, appetite, sleep cycles).

Whole Iron + C
Our Whole Iron + C is a wholefood form of iron — naturally sourced from Tasmanian grass-fed, grass-finished beef spleen, combined with vitamin C from camu camu to enhance absorption.
Unlike synthetic iron salts or isolates (such as ferrous sulfate or ferrous fumarate), which are produced in a lab and often harsh on the digestive system, wholefood iron includes its natural matrix of proteins, enzymes and co-factors.
This difference matters because wholefood forms of iron are:
- Gentler on digestion – they’re less likely to cause constipation, nausea or cramping that are common with synthetic iron.
- Better absorbed and utilised – the iron in food-based supplements is bound to proteins and amino acids, allowing for steadier uptake by the body.
- More efficient at lower doses – wholefood iron can bypass the body’s “iron block” mechanism (hepcidin response), meaning smaller, more natural amounts can still effectively raise iron stores without overwhelming your system.
Yes, it’s formulated to be gentle and well-tolerated in pregnancy and postpartum.
Always confirm your iron needs with your GP or healthcare provider.
Designed for adults and children.
Pregnancy, breastfeeding and toddler safe.
No, sorry. Derived from Tasmanian cattle.
Take one to two capsules daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
The natural iron form is gentle and less likely to cause constipation or nausea than synthetic forms.
Yes. Free from gluten, dairy, soy, eggs, nuts and shellfish.
Yes. Our Whole Iron + C is made entirely from real food ingredients (grass-fed, grass-finished beef spleen and vitamin C–rich camu camu), it’s considered a wholefood supplement rather than a synthetic iron isolate. This means it contains naturally occurring nutrients in their complete food matrix, making it gentle on little tummies and highly bioavailable.
Technically, babies can have it from around 6 months of age, when iron needs rise significantly as their natural iron stores from birth begin to decline. In fact, a baby’s daily iron requirement at this age is higher than that of a teenage male which is why iron-rich foods and, in some cases, wholefood supplements can be helpful if they’re not getting enough through diet alone.
That said, we always recommend a food-first approach to nutrition. Focusing on iron-rich foods such as beef, lamb, liver, egg yolk and using Whole Iron + C only as support if your little one isn’t meeting their needs through diet.
Because it’s a wholefood product, it’s far gentler than synthetic iron drops or fortified baby cereals, which can sometimes cause constipation or tummy upset. Always check with your health practitioner if you’re unsure or your child has specific dietary needs.
