Orders, Shipping & Returns

We accept returns if products are unopened and returned within 30 days of purchase. If you have any issues with your order, please send us a quick email with your order number, full name and any questions and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

How long does shipping take?

When your order is placed, please allow 24-48 hours for us to process your order.

Once your order has been processed, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected: 

Standard/Free Shipping: 4-14 Business Days (unfortunately we cannot control courier & postage delays which occur from time to time)

Express Shipping: 2-3 Business Days 

What's your refund/return & damage policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused (unopened) and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds based on dislike of taste - we are working on releasing sample sizes to avoid disappointment of purchase and to ensure you are certain each flavour is right for your family. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@unrefinednutrients.com.au Please provide your name, order number and the return details. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages And Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and remedy the issue asap. You can reach out to us on socials or get in touch with us directly via hello@unrefinednutrients.com.au.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns if the product is opened and used. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an unopened item you have in your possession (within 30 days of purchase), please reach out to us via hello@unrefinednutrients.com.au and we can organise a swap for you.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund

How do I track my order?

All orders will come with automatic tracking with a direct link. If you have opt in for your mobile phone, you'll also receive an SMS (Australian customers only).
