Orders, Shipping & Returns
Everything you need to know about getting your order, tracking it, and returns.
How long does shipping take?
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for us to process your order before it ships. Delivery time then depends on the service selected. We can't control courier or postage delays, which happen from time to time.
How do I track my order?
Every order comes with automatic tracking and a direct link. If you opted in with your mobile number, you'll also get an SMS update (Australian customers only).
If your order hasn't arrived, email us at hello@unrefinednutrients.com.au and we'll help track it down.
Taste guarantee
If your little one doesn't love their flavour, we'll happily swap it for another flavour or product, free. Just email us, there's no need to send anything back. (We don't offer cash refunds for taste preference alone.)
Returns & refunds
We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unopened, unused and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
To start a return, email hello@unrefinednutrients.com.au with your name, order number and return details. If accepted, we'll send a return shipping label plus instructions. Items sent back without requesting a return first can't be accepted.
Damages & issues
Please check your order on arrival and contact us straight away if anything is damaged, defective or incorrect, so we can make it right quickly.
Non-returnable items
Some items can't be returned, including opened or used products, perishable goods, custom or personalised orders, sale items and gift cards. Get in touch if you're unsure about a specific item.
Exchanges
To exchange an unopened item within 30 days, email us and we'll organise a swap.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. If so, you'll be refunded to your original payment method. Banks can take a little while to process it on their end.
