A few quick things that often help first:
- Start small (about a quarter teaspoon) and build up.
- Give it a good whisk. It's a natural product with no fillers, so it can clump. A hand mixer sorts it in seconds.

Aus Post can run slow, especially across states. If tracking hasn't moved in a few days, or says delivered but nothing's arrived, we'll chase it or reship.
