½ cup rolled oats

¾ cup milk of choice (dairy or plant-based)

1 tbsp Unrefined Nutrients Kid’s Immune Protein, Cacao Cavalry flavour

1 tbsp peanut butter (or nut/seed spread alternative)
Method

Combine – In a large microwave-safe bowl (at least 1.6L / 7 cups capacity), mix oats, milk, and Immune Protein until well combined.

Microwave – Heat for 5 minutes. Microwave times may vary.

Make it creamy – Stir in a dash of milk and peanut butter until smooth. Add more milk if too thick.

Serve & enjoy – Transfer to a kid-friendly bowl and add extra peanut butter if desired.
