ingredients. That's it.

🍬 You'll also need: silicone moulds or a lined container

Method

  1. 01 Pour the apple juice into a small saucepan while off the heat.
  2. 02 Sprinkle the gelatin evenly over the surface of the juice and leave undisturbed for 5 minutes to allow the gelatin to bloom.
  3. 03 Place the saucepan over low heat and stir slowly until the gelatin is fully dissolved. Do not let the mixture boil.
  4. 04 Remove from the heat and allow to cool for 1 to 2 minutes until warm but not hot.
  5. 05 Gradually whisk in the protein powder until smooth.
  6. 06 Pour the mixture into silicone moulds or a lined container.
  7. 07 Refrigerate until fully set (at least 4 hours or overnight), then remove from moulds and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
πŸ“ Top tip Make sure the mixture has cooled slightly before adding the protein powder. If it's too hot, the powder can clump. A gentle whisk while gradually adding it will give you a perfectly smooth result.
