They have that perfect soft-but-bouncy gummy texture little ones love, without refined sugar, and are an easy way to add a little extra protein into their day.

- 200 ml apple juice (without added sugar)
- 1 tbsp Strawberry Fort Immune Protein
- 2 tbsp gelatin powder
π¬ You'll also need: silicone moulds or a lined container
Method
- 01 Pour the apple juice into a small saucepan while off the heat.
- 02 Sprinkle the gelatin evenly over the surface of the juice and leave undisturbed for 5 minutes to allow the gelatin to bloom.
- 03 Place the saucepan over low heat and stir slowly until the gelatin is fully dissolved. Do not let the mixture boil.
- 04 Remove from the heat and allow to cool for 1 to 2 minutes until warm but not hot.
- 05 Gradually whisk in the protein powder until smooth.
- 06 Pour the mixture into silicone moulds or a lined container.
- 07 Refrigerate until fully set (at least 4 hours or overnight), then remove from moulds and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
