Is Whole Iron + C safe for infants?
Yes! We’ve designed the dosage to be flexible — you can open the capsule and mix the contents into food, smoothies or yoghurt. Ideal for fussy eaters and children with meat aversions.
Is it allergen free?
Yes. Our products are free from Gluten, Dairy, Eggs, Peanuts, Tree Nuts and Shellfish. Also free from Soy, Shellfish, Yeast, Fillers, Binders, Preservatives. We third-party test all of our products and send each batch away to a separate lab to ensure there are absolutely no traces of allergens in our products.
Serving suggestions:
•Adults:Take 2 capsules daily, preferably with food.
•Children 1–3 years:1 capsule sprinkled into purees, smoothies or foods daily or as advised by your healthcare practitioner.
•Children 4+ years:May benefit from 2–3 capsules depending on their diet. If unsure, seek advice from your health professional.
Does Whole Iron + C have a strong taste?
No strong odour or taste — we’ve freeze-dried and encapsulated the powder to make it completely fuss-free. You cannot taste it when added to foods or smoothies.
